While you rest in a reclined position, the boots gently inflate and deflate in patterns that help flush out waste, reduce swelling, and improve blood flow back to the heart. What to Expect
You’ll be guided to a quiet space where you’ll recline and slip into the Normatec boots. The session is fully clothed and requires no effort on your part — just sit back, breathe, and allow the compression system to do its work.
