FAQ
Is this class suitable for all trimesters?
Yes. Our prenatal classes are designed to support you through all stages of pregnancy. Movements are gentle, adaptable, and guided with care. We always recommend consulting your healthcare provider before starting any new physical practice, especially if you have a high-risk pregnancy.
Do I need prior yoga experience?
Not at all. This class is open to both beginners and experienced practitioners. Every session is structured to support your body where it is today — no flexibility or prior knowledge required. You’ll be guided clearly and gently throughout the entire class.
What should I bring to class?
Just wear something comfortable that allows you to move and breathe easily. If you have your own yoga mat, bring it along — though we also provide mats and props. A bottle of water and a small blanket or pillow can also be helpful for added comfort during relaxation.
Can I join this class at any point during my pregnancy?
Absolutely. Whether you’re in your first trimester or nearing your due date, you’re welcome here. Our teachers are trained in prenatal yoga and will offer modifications to meet you exactly where you are. Just be sure to let us know if this is your first time so we can give you a warm welcome.
Is it safe to do yoga while pregnant?
Yes — when practiced mindfully and with proper guidance. Prenatal yoga is known to support circulation, reduce back pain, ease anxiety, and prepare both the body and mind for childbirth. Our classes are intentionally slow and restorative, with a focus on breathing, balance, and connection.
