A warm escape designed for deep, cellular restoration.

Our private infrared sauna booth offers a calm and nourishing experience using full-spectrum infrared heat — a gentle warmth that reaches deeper into the body than traditional saunas. Unlike high-heat steam rooms, infrared therapy warms the body from within, supporting detoxification, circulation, and muscle recovery at a cellular level.

Our Sunlighten Amplify sauna is compact yet powerful, providing an elevated experience with deep-tissue heating. It’s ideal for those looking to ease inflammation, promote skin clarity, and support overall relaxation. You’ll also receive the added benefit of red light wavelengths, known to support cellular renewal and skin rejuvenation.

While our sauna is nestled within a curtained-off wellness area shared with the cold plunge, your experience is private and personal. A small fridge is stocked with cold towels and chilled water bottles for your comfort post-session.

Benefits may include:

Gentle detoxification through sweat

Reduced inflammation and joint stiffness

Improved circulation and immune support

Skin clarity and collagen stimulation

Deep muscle and stress relief

What to Expect

You’ll be guided to your private sauna area and given time to settle in. The session is self-paced — you may sit or recline comfortably while the infrared heat begins to gently warm the body from within. Sessions are quiet, grounding, and perfect as a solo ritual or post-workout reset. After your session, enjoy a cold towel and water to help your body rehydrate and cool down gradually.

Session Duration

Standard Session: 15 minutes

Extended Session: 30 minutes

Infrared Sauna can also be added after other services for deeper recovery.

FAQ
Is this class suitable for all trimesters?

Yes. Our prenatal classes are designed to support you through all stages of pregnancy. Movements are gentle, adaptable, and guided with care. We always recommend consulting your healthcare provider before starting any new physical practice, especially if you have a high-risk pregnancy.

Do I need prior yoga experience?

Not at all. This class is open to both beginners and experienced practitioners. Every session is structured to support your body where it is today — no flexibility or prior knowledge required. You’ll be guided clearly and gently throughout the entire class.

What should I bring to class?

Just wear something comfortable that allows you to move and breathe easily. If you have your own yoga mat, bring it along — though we also provide mats and props. A bottle of water and a small blanket or pillow can also be helpful for added comfort during relaxation.

Can I join this class at any point during my pregnancy?

Absolutely. Whether you’re in your first trimester or nearing your due date, you’re welcome here. Our teachers are trained in prenatal yoga and will offer modifications to meet you exactly where you are. Just be sure to let us know if this is your first time so we can give you a warm welcome.

Is it safe to do yoga while pregnant?

Yes — when practiced mindfully and with proper guidance. Prenatal yoga is known to support circulation, reduce back pain, ease anxiety, and prepare both the body and mind for childbirth. Our classes are intentionally slow and restorative, with a focus on breathing, balance, and connection.
