Philosophy

Yoga that moves with your breath.

Our FLOW classes link breath and movement to build strength, mobility, and focus. Whether you want a challenge or a softer reset, there's a FLOW for where you are today, and every instructor offers options so you can practice at your own level.

Resilience is knowing how to adapt.

FLOW is the exhale. Time to turn inward, soften, and guide your nervous system back home.

Our classes

FLOW: Vinyasa · 45 min · All levels. A balanced, breath-to-movement flow that builds heat, strength, and flexibility.

FLOW: Power · 60 min · High. Our strongest, most dynamic yoga class, with a faster pace, deeper holds, and plenty of strength work.

FLOW: Gentle · 60 min · Low. Mindful movement, longer stretches, and plenty of breath. Ideal for beginners, rest days, or winding down in the evening.

FLOW: Rest & Digest · 60 min · Low. A slow, yin-style practice with long, supported stretches to help calm your stress response. Running through December.

Benefits may include:

Greater flexibility and mobility

Functional strength and better balance

A calmer mind and nervous system

Improved posture and body awareness

Better sleep and rest

What to Expect

Classes run 45 to 60 minutes on the mat, with blocks and props available. Your instructor will guide you through breath, movement, and a closing rest. Pair your class with the sauna or compression in our reset and recovery rooms for a full movement-and-reset ritual.

How to prepare

Bring: water bottle; your own mat if you have one (we have mats to use)

Wear: comfortable clothes you can move and stretch in; we practice barefoot
